BEAT was a resounding success – thank you all!

Now it’s time to start planning for 2017 with the AGM organised to take place on Wednesday 16 November

Time: 7:30PM

The Annual General Meeting is the opportunity to formally elect officers/committee members who will be responsible for the organising and running of BEAT for the next year.

We do hope you will come to the AGM as it is your opportunity to influence the continued success of BEAT – without your support the event may not be able to continue!

A number of current committee members will be standing down at the AGM [including the Treasurer] so we need to find replacements…. and a few more … as soon as possible. If you feel you have something to offer and would like to be part of the organisation and future development of BEAT, PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME FORWARD!

Attached you will find an application form, outline details of the Steering Committee roles, along with the Agenda, Treasurers Report and details of the AGM process for voting on our Steering Committee for 2017.
