New to life drawing or brushing up on your techniques?

Our Monday evening life drawing class is for you…

Join Sheila Moylan in a friendly and supportive environment to study life drawing; talking about different artists and their work; learning from each other and noting points of reference recommended by Sheila.

Each week we use a different life model and encourage you to examine an aspect of life drawing and mark making building your confidence and skill set.

During these sessions we cover

  • The basics
  • Making your image 3D
  • Fore-shortening. Draw what you see; not what you know to be there
  • Materials workshop
  • Colour and tone together
  • How to pick your materials

This course is ideal for beginners and those who want to improve their technique. However if you are an experienced life drawer and prefer the longer pose – then we have a spot for you too!

Please note there is no class on Monday 22 October (Half Term)

Materials: All materials are supplied for this course during which Sheila will guide you as to the best equipment to buy so you can continue under your own steam.

Reserve your place on line and we shall contact you to confirm your place and payment options.
