Join painter Nadja Gabriela Plein in experiencing mindfulness and drawing this September in the Oak Road pop up.
During this short course Nadja will introduce and guide you through sessions of mindfulness, calm and drawing. In each two-hour session you will go smoothly from seated mindfulness meditation to drawing, back to meditation and back to drawing.
You will approach drawing as a meditation in itself not something goal-oriented but a practice of listening to what is around us.
This class is suitable for all levels, both in meditation and drawing. Beginners are very welcome.
Basic materials will be provided but please feel free to bring a sketchbook and any drawing materials youd like to use.
