We are delighted The Phantom Pig has devised a vegan dining experience using the freshest ingredients and bringing their culinary skills to the party. The dishes will not only taste scrummy, they’ll look sublime – in fact everything you have come to expect from The Phantom Pig.
They promise that if we give them the thumbs up, they will do a full tasting menu in January – now there’s a challenge I think we can meet and am already clearing my calendar for the last week in Jan 2018.
The Menu will be published in the next few days; but at 40/head we can guarantee an evening to remember; mystery snacks, four courses, bread with Vix’s signature butter AND a welcome drink. (We shall have wine and selected drinks available to purchase.)
