The April menu from The Phantom Pig evokes all the emotions and sensations you have when Spring is tantalising close.

The question in many minds is; “How do we top the wonderful, all encompassing dining experience we laid on in March?”

Fear not: The Phantom Pig has gone all out in April to take the best of the new season and everything that Spring offers to produce a menu that gastronomes, foodies and bon vivants can’t help but find intriguing, delightfully simple, yet strangely complex.



Interpreting classic dishes, evoking memories and pushing the boundaries: just three ways in which we could describe the April menu. Taking seasonal ingredients; combining them with our expectations of what Spring means and adding a touch of the unexpected, The Phantom Pig once again sets out to titillate our culinary senses and give us an evening and dining experience to remember!

That’s not all; the wine pairing courtesy of Abbotshill Hill Wine Bar and Deli merits consideration. We look forward to serving you a glass with each course; and we have supplies, if you fancy more than one glass! Wine list published shortly.



This one-of-a-kind six-course menu + mystery snacks costs 50/head (+25 if you would like to add the wine pairing) and you are guaranteed to have a fabulous time.
