This month we are invited to go on a culinary journey starting in “Middle Earth”, traversing Continents until we reach “The Wild West”. Time travel, sensory extravaganza and fun – what more can one ask for from a dining experience?
Oh, don’t forget the freshest, in season ingredients with a bit of foraging and loads of imagination – there; I think we have it – the perfect ingredients for a fab evening.
Making the best use of everything that is available the menu leads us from the depths of winter (focusing on giving us comfort and a sense of well being) towards spring and fresh horizons.
