Easter is early this year, which is reflected by “The Pig” in the March menu. Mind you, he is also attuned to the arts that surround him on a daily basis and a dish inspired by creative writing (albeit from times gone bye) makes an appearance. As always we aim high – the tipple is a flight of fantasy! And that is just the welcome!


As we move through a menu that evokes memories, captures fleeting and tantalising glimpses into varied cultures and climaxes in the abstract,I guarantee we’ll be drawn into the world of The Phantom Pig. Some dishes are deceptively simple, whilst others have many “moving parts” – all are designed to titillate our culinary senses and give us an evening and dining experience to remember!

This one-of-a-kind six-course menu + mystery snacks costs 50/head (+25 if you would like to add the wine pairing) and you are guaranteed to have a fabulous time.
