11 Oct Mount Carmel Christmas Fair
Sunday, November 27 2016
For well over a decade the Mount Carmel Christmas Fair has established itself as an exceptional Christmas community experience, attracting a high number of local South Ealing, Northfields and Ealing families. In 2009, the Traditional Christmas Outdoor Market was introduced in the front grounds of the school, with the aim of allowing visitors to discover lovely foods, beautiful and unusual gift ideas.
After the continued success and popularity of the Outdoor Christmas Market, the MCCA is offering 20 stalls to independent traders / businesses to sell goods and/or produce or profile their business to potential customers. Many traders are returning for another year based on past success.
The MCCA is dedicated to publicising the Traditional Outdoor Christmas Market Stall zone and encouraging parents, carers and members of the community to get a jump on their holiday shopping. As a further development in our offering to independent traders, the MCCA will be profiling the event in the school newsletters, programme guide and posters alike. Each independent trader will be asked to submit a 50 word company and product description, and any available logo, for inclusion in the programme guide; we request this by 3rd November please.
Market Stalls will be provided by the MCCA for a fee. This fee contributes to the cost of the delivery, hire and assembly of the stalls from a specialist supplier. Traders will be provided with a set of complimentary passes for a hot food lunch, from the Christmas Cafe, within the school hall.
Please note that the Christmas Market takes place in the school car park, therefore there is no on-site parking. However, there is local parking on nearby streets.
Space is limited and stalls sell out quickly. If you would like to find out how you can secure your stall, please email Linda Hogan (mail to:email@example.com).
